Jeffrey Dela Pena Lumbay, now Ceriel the first is the sovereign head of Mary Immaculate Association,
He
started this group in the year 2004. History has it that the ancestral devotion of the Dela Pena in Spain was Nuestra Senora Del Pilar of Zaragoza, Spain. The Sovereign Majesty of this group is a simple person who wants to revive this tradition. Now the Mary Immaculate Association will build the shrine of Our lady of the Pillar in Pagadian soil, a joint project of the association and the Lumbay and Dela Pena.
The sovereign head for now is preparing for a new carrier as care giver. Hoping to work in England to gather funds for the birth of a new foundation that will help those in need. H.M. Ceriel the first is a humanitarian ruler, he is planning to found the BLD Foundation ( Boltiador-Lumbay Dela Pena Foundation) under the umbrela of his association which he started in 2004.
For over a year the Dela Pena Foundation alone has helped almost all those in need, and is building shrines in honor of La Nuestra Senora del Pilar.
