Trying as one does to keep abreast of changes in the world in terms of attitudes both in the UK and Turkey on the much vexed question of the number of
children any family should have can have and can support! Its interesting to note the comment given today on the blog ... on International Womens Day in Turkey ... the Turkish Prime Minister Mr. Erdogan has urged Turkish families to have at least 3 children as The Turkish PM believes that they .. keeping strictly to these views .. are necessary to bump up the Turkish population and not have it "wiped out".
Apparently the Turkish Prime Minister Mr Erdogan believes that having three children in a family keeps his
nation .. the Turkish Nation ...
young.
To put it mildly Mr Erdogan has taken a leaf out of a book of some neighbours of mine years ago who had 3 children ... to keep the British nation young!
