It is always a shock to the system for the general public when a crime as horrific and chilling occurs once again. Surely
we must be hardened, we cannot feel any more revulsion at yet another abduction and sexual assault of a child. but nevertheless, when we are informed that a convicted paedophile has served time and reoffended, we are up in arms, protesting at the ridiculous stipulations and loopholes of criminal
justice laws; the man in question pleaded guilty, thus automatically entitling him to a third less of his sentence. he is due for parole in 5 short
years. the 3 year old he scarred mentally for life will only be a tender and vulnrable 8 years old. is this justice? decide for youself.
