The cultural project starting of Abu Dhabi situated in Emirate Arab United, this emirate want diffuse to Arab world a dose of culture. The cultural authority has choosen to translate one hundred book in arab language by year. Among this book, we can find the
Alan greenspan’s Memories as the title is “
the Age of Turbulence , the economist
Jhon Maynard Keynes with the book “General Theory of Employment, Interest and Money” but also
Milton Fridman’s “Capitalism and Freedom”.
This operation has for goal to promote the Arabic-language altrought a non profit organisation named Kalima. Five museums will be built, to Emirates following the pretigious museums altrought the world, the cost will be of 27 billions dollars.
But this amount will be invest to popularized the arabic language following the book not only dedicate to the religion.
The Kalima association to not profit making is doing to securing the authors right’s of this book. The half of this book are written in English, such as the Pulitzer Prize winner “
the Looming Tower ” by
Lawrence Right which examines
the origins of Al Qaeda , but equaly “the Kite runner” by Khaled Hosseini. You can also find the book write by the Jewish writer.

Today, with the promotion of the Arab langage hope that this project meet a success. Kalima will buy right of books, pay translator and will broadcast this new reading in the Gulf region and North Africa.
