According to David Batty & Agencies, there''s a move to
stop cigarrette vending machines and
tanning salons to
try to stop the spread of
cancer. Well, everyone seems to ignore the fact that cigarrette smoking is an addiction less dangerous than alcohol or lead emissions, and what about
sunblock ? Or some such other means of skin protection while tanning ? It appears that nowadays all the solutions applied to anything by a government are arbitrary and somewhat off the mark. If we cannot stop cancer, which should be obvious by now, why not increase facilities for all the patients and educate some more and try to promote precautions ? This business of afflicting addicts and others who want to tan more than to live isn''t stopping anything. More law to say more to do less. What about a
really helpful solution ? Cancer beds for all ! Sunblock for all ! And stop trying to do things that don''t really help !
