Well I dropped in,to have cafe expresso, small at my favourite Coffee House in
Southampton and picked up a copy
of today's Times. I must admit,
the heat was on to get the free DVD of The Michael Palin Collection ...
Full Circle ... Alaska and Russia. It was worth it all. I enjoyed the
DVD enormously and renewed my relationship with travel and
excitement. I had met Michael Palin sometime ago at his
Book Signing in Ireland, and the place was jam packed ... standing room
only.
Richard and Judy the
Television Couple are
featured in the Magazine.
They have been married 20 years, and Judy is 58 and Richard is 50,
their marriage has been a happy one and they have an extended
family. They talk about the highlights of their career on television,
and there is an inset photograph of Senator Hillary Clinton the
present wife of the Former President of the United States of
America, Bill Clinton ... she was interviewed for their TV Show.
They are pictured with what looks like a plate of chips and a mug of
tea or coffee and very appetising it all looks too. The other day,
I received joyous news from No: 10 Downing Street's Tony Blair
Prime Minister ot he UK ... the PM said "Thanks" for my red
and green book of poems: title;
CONTINUOUS CONVERSATION CLUB
it is a collection I started about 7 years ago and what with this and
that I never managed to get it published until January of 2007.
High Risk heels, are featured in the supplement: Body and Soul,
which are trainers with wheels ... I have seen the sparkling type
of trainers, but these are new. I am used to teenagers,
whizzing past in similar footwear, or skateboards, and I
managed to duck and dive and arrive at the University
without any accidents or bumps in the night!
Stealing Beauty is a display of fashion photography dating from 1964: Gun
Belt: and 1956: Hat and Five Roses, 1962: Halston Headdress: Harper's Bazaar
which creates an extraodinary sharpness of image, black and white and
dare I say it, there was a wonderful sense of real beauty in those bygone
days even though I was knee high to my teachers ... I was hyponized!
