Presumed Democratic Presidential Nominee`s Wife i.e. Michelle Obama Presents A New Image

As campaign consultants joust to present the perfect political family- presumed Democratic Presidential Nominee Barack Obama`s wife Michelle Obama defies pigeon holing. Michael Powell and Jodi Kantor of the New York Times report that Michelle Obama the Princeton Law School Alumnae and founder of the Chicago Chapter of Public Allies- a job training program diligently gives some of her time to this important project.
Work in this effort lends itself well to Ms. Obama`s philosophy of ``the gospel of the second and third chance.`` While working at Public Allies- Ms. Obama once opinioned that- `I hate diversity workshops.` She continued- `Real change comes from having enough comfort to be really honest and say something very uncomfortable.`
In the year 2001- Ms. Michelle Obama ascended to the post of Vice President for Community Affairs at the University of Chicago`s Medical Center. That year also provided the backdrop for a protest by African Americans who insisted that this hospital provide more contracts to minority and female owned firms.
Subsequently, from the drafting of a bidding procedure instituted through the negotiating skills of Ms. Michelle Obama- the University of Chicago`s Medical Center won an award for its use of women and minority owned businesses in the contracts they put out for bid.
To handle the rigors of the coming Presidential Campaign- the Obama Campaign hired Stephanie Cutter to serve as Mrs. Michelle Obama`s chief of staff.
