Business and employment reform; Affirmative action; for -Health care; Secondary education; -Housing; -The justice system; -Humane services; -Higher education; and Workshops on international policy.
Don Wilson briefed the Executive Steering Committee on the Networking Strategic Quality Management Board (SQMB). The role of the SQMB is changing, primarily due to the transition of the:

         EXPORT MARKETING GROUP DEMAND
         Networking
         Marketing
         Trade Association
The SQMB has defined "Network" to include BUT not limited to         •   Export Management Company and Consultant; - Export Management and Technical Assistant; - International Trade Development; and - African Heritage Connections.
The new charter proposed by the SQMB includes:
        •   Continuously improving the network purification process, - Educate personnel in network database usage,             -   Measure network data base effectiveness, and - Increase customer satisfaction.
            -   The purpose of the Black caucus is to develop a statewide agenda that would lead to empowering the masses of the
  people economically.
Blacks should love and care more for one another. We can improve our conditions when we negotiate (communicate with others and when we address problems and not try to pretend like they don''t exist" remarked Wilson.
The program was started in 2000 by Don Wilson and includes African Americans, African Asian, Hispanics, National Americans, and Pacific Islanders.
Tackle issues that directly affect the black business community, such as enterprise/empowerment zones and procurement reform.
Many of the positions to small business lobbing groups such as The People Network Partnership" have not always reflected those of the black business community.
Are you looking for the opportunity to build a better community, strengthen economic ties and enrich lives? If you
"The People Network Partnership" would like to hear from you.         Born of a lifetime of frustration watching African-Amer.  purchase products from indifferent manufacturers, Will
said he envisions ''~e People Network Partnership" as a way to provide economic leverage.

         NETWORKING FOR ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT
I shall attempt to provide several examples of Afrocentric networks. Some of the networks are comprised of like-
minded individual; some are networks of charitable, religious, or service groups; and some are private business
organization joined together to have a greater impact for the good of their communities via this new underground
         railroad.
Black Women and White Women''s Male-Bashing. It seems that the sole concern of the middle class Black women
the protection of the males of Black women, In other words damn the brother because They don''t have a positive
image to defend; thus, no protest about the demeaning of Blacks males.
What I am getting at is perplex, it require that a person has been listening very closely to what has been gong on in<
country for the last 20 years. Male-bashing that has become a cultural norm in this country.
Pathetically, middle-class Blacks (and especially middle-class Black women) have a tendency, when they don''t have anything to join themselves, to mime whatever white people are into. Thus. during this same period. when record
numbers of Blacks begin graduating from college, a number of educated Black women began bashing Black men,
"a failed. male-dominated and male chauvinistic Black movement" as the basis for their attacks.
Most of the Black middle class is made up of Black women    Didn''t know that did you? And many, if not mo.
single and without children. Thus it may be said that the greatest beneficiaries of "the failed Black movement" ha''
been Black women, These women, in mimicry'' of their white counterparts

Black Business Economic Coalition Don Wilson addresses the issue "Reinvesting in the Community" echoes President Clinton’s, inaugural message that our country must be willing to travel in a new direction  and encouraging small business development through free enterprise / empowerment zones and greater access to global markets....my long suit'' says Wilson. "The People Network Partnership" a collaborative Group that bring people together."
