Tips for Buying Mobile Phone Chargers

While purchasing good quality chargers, there are several tips for consumers to refer, which are as followed:

1. Generally, mobile phone chargers have two measures of charging, one is charging for the machine (the charger connects with the mobile phone by electrical connectors to charge), and the other one is to charge the battery by charging stand. Thus, figure out your battery's type, capacity and nominal voltage to purchase a well-matched charger.

2. Although, generally the mobile phone battery is equipped with protectors against over-charge, over-discharge and over-current inside. For safety and a better charging effect, you are supposed to choose the chargers with a maximum output voltage of 4.2V~4.5V and a maximum output current of 600mA~700mA.

3. Production Certification

Normally, only the chargers with a production certification are safe. So you'd better choose the products with certifications.

4. Universal charger should be marked with the technical parameters of use range, output voltage, output current, etc. Recently, the mobile phone batteries are almost the lithium-ion batteries with a single core, a nominal voltage of 3.6V and a rated capacity of 500mAh~1000mAh. The core of lithium-ion battery requires a lot of the charging current and voltage. Too much of the current or voltage will cause chemical reaction changes inside the battery, which elevates the internal temperature, leading to the damage of electrodes and diaphragm materials or even explosion of the expanded cores. If with the chance, measure the output no-load voltage and output short-circuit current of the charger with a multimeter to determine whether the practical data is consistent with its technical parameters.

5. We are suggesting the excellent reputation and large-scale electronic stores.
