The BeBook is an e book reader that reads all kinds of e books, unlike Amazon's Kindle, that will only read e books that you got at Amazon. BeBook is actually the name of the whole company, but they make several different e book readers, such as the BeBook Neo, the BeBook Club, the BeBook Mini and the BeBook One.
The manufacturer is Dutch and BeBook has a big market share on the European e book market, but is still pretty unknown in the States and elsewhere outside of Europe. This is largely due to the fact that BeBooks have not been marketed a lot. Having tried 2 of the BeBooks, however, I think they are excellent, and also very affordable, since BeBooks are made in several different price ranges. So if you are sick of being stuck to an e book reader that only reads e book from a particular manufacturer and won't read PDF, get a BeBook!
