The South Korean group Samsung has again lodged a complaint from an Australian court against the U.S. company Apple for patent infringement, reports Reuters, Monday, September 19. This procedure is a response from Apple obtained a temporary postponement of the sale of a touch pad, the Galaxy Tab 10.1, Samsung.

According to the document of the complaint, Apple infringes seven patents related to wireless technology and that would be used by devices like the iPhone and the iPad. The text also tries to prove the invalidity of the proceedings of the firm at the apple.

The complaint shall sign the final episode of the patent war going on between Apple and Samsung since last April. While procedures have been launched worldwide, including France, Samsung-attacked against the other three countries: South Korea, Japan and Germany.

At the beginning of September, the court of Düsseldorf dismissed the arguments of Samsung and maintained the ban on sale of its tablet Galaxy in Germany, but has not spread to the rest of the European Union, as desired by Apple . Samsung will appeal. In the second quarter, Apple sold 20.3 million iPhones worldwide, one million more than the sales of smartphones from Samsung.
