Developed by Criterion Games, the award-winning studio which has created Burnout series, Hot Pursuit will give you a redefined racing game for the whole new generation. There is a game messenger called Autolog. Through Need for Speed Autolog and its innovative approach to connected social competition, your Hot Pursuit experience will extend beyond the console onto the web, social media, and mobile, constantly driving your gameplay in new and unique directions. This keeps you up to date on your connected friends' records and beat the score!
In Hot Pursuit career mode, you will be challenged to become Seacrest Country’s top cop or most wanted racer. For the first time in Need For Speed game, you can now choose to be on either side of the law. That means, you can play as a cop or as a racer. As your career mode progresses, you can also choose to switch sides whenever you like. In addition, you will race through a world map of over 100 miles of track. From coastline highways to winding mountain passes, you’ll have plenty of road to explore.
