Influence of fufang lianzhu capsule on the expression of lipoblast tumor necrosis factor alpha in ra

AIM:To investigate the effect of fufang lianzhu capsule on the mRNA expression of lipoblast tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF α) in rats with diabetes,so as to probe into the prevention so as to cure method against diabetes and complications of microvascular inflammation. METHODS:The model of diabetic rats was set up and various indexes were determined with ribonucleic acid hybridization in situ,tissue culture and biochemical technique method. RESULTS:The mRNA expression of lipblast TNF αof rats with diabetes strengthened significantly,and blood glucose,blood lipid, glycosylation ferrohemoglobin,protein in urine,aldose reductase activity and propylene aldehyde content were all remarkably higher than those of the normal control group(P< 0.05);and the plasm NO content was lower than that of the normal control group(P< 0.05).The indexes mentioned above in the TCM group were improved as compared with those of the diabetes group,but without significant difference(P >0.05).Morphologically observed,flammatory infiltration proliferation changes happened in blood vessel of kidney and retina.Pathologic changes in diabetes group were lighter than those in the TCM group.CONCLUSION:Fufang lianzhu capsule has obvious therapeutic effect on diabetic rat,and can decrease the lipoblast TNFαmRNA expression and flammatory complications of microvessel.
