To observe the functions of protecting liver,anti inflammatory and stopping bleeding of gross flavone,the effective parts in Stenoloma chusanum (Thunb)Kze,and its extractant with water,The authors applied the methods as follows to mice:1)CCl\-4 resulting in toxic liver injury;2)dimethyl benzene resulting in ear swelling;3)bleeding due to broken tail;and observed the influences of gross flavone in Stenoloma Chusanum (Thunb)Kze.And its extractant with water on blood serum ALT activity,ear swelling degree and bleeding time.Result:1)gross flavone in Stenoloma Chusanum(Thunb)Kze.can reduce the blood serum ALT activity of toxic liver injury in mice due to CCl\-4,alleviate ear swelling degree due to dimethyl benzene.and shorten bleeding time.2)Its water extractant can alleviate ear swelling degree and shorten bleeding time,but hasn′t obvious influence on blood serum ALT activity.All of these denote that Stenoloma Chusanum has functions of protecting liver,anti inflammatory and stopping bleeding,and its extractant includes the ingredients of anti inflammatory and stop bleeding.
