Han Characters (Chinese Characters) cannot simply comprehended as China's Characters, which is beyond a notion of the national boundary, just like Han Cultural heritage does not equal with China's books. For the same reason, Characters created by Chinese do not equal with Characters used in Modern Chinese. There are relations as well as differences between them. Japanese Students shared with Chinese characters culture are admired for there ability to acquire Chinese characters as well as meanings fast, since there are a great number of Characters created by Chinese in Japanese. However, everything has two sides .Errors, not few, appeared in Japanese Students' study is rooted in the admiring ability, which is so-called 'Negatively Transformation'. In teaching Japanese students Chinese as a Second language, it is necessary for teachers to notice what the same characters carry is the two different nations' culture but not the same one. Analyze differences more and exact avoiding or reducing errors during Japanese students' language acquisition.
