Aim To observe the
effect of
Salamarum on the adverse effect of ketamine.Methods 60 small selective operation cases,ASA1-11grade were divided into group A,B,C randomly.Each group contained 20 cases,and 1mg·kg -1
ketamine was used by the means of injection of vein.Group B was added 5mg·kg -1 of salamarum with injection of vein,and group C was added 10mg·kg -1 ,MAP,HR,R,Vt,SpO 2were written down every 5 minuts after giving the medicine,as well as time of recovering consciousness
mental and neural symptom,etc.Results MAP,HR increased obviously in A and B
groups after used medicine(P<0.001),group C’s didn’t increase markedly(P>05).Among them,group A’s were more
frequent and serious than both group B’s(P<0.01) and C’s (P<0.001);Mental and neural symptoms of group A’s were more frequent and serious than both B’s(P<0.01)and C’s(P<0.01) markedly.There are no significant difference amount the 3 groups’ nausea(P>0.05).Conclusions Salamarum can resists the adverse effect of Ketamine efficiently,and doesn’t delay awakening.The formula of group C’s is the best among the 3 groups.
