To a certain extent, every book on literature history is a transitional script. It's an amplitude space and eternal strain for its researchers. Consequently, reflection on and challenge to the criteria are the obligatory mission of a teacher and researcher in this field. The object of this thesis is to state my own academic position and proposition about literature history, emphasize the fact that an expert on literature history is an ideologist to some extent, and his history consideration should be in complete harmony with reality. Moreover, the most important principle for him is to abide by script. Therefore, studies on literature history to investigate culture reality ought to get some insight into the soul of every writer.This article treats the issue from respects such as the structure of literature history, rewriting literature history from calling to experimentation,return to scripts and re reading of some masterpieces, seeking the soul in the study of literature history, lending an ear to the voice of the civilian, position of Chinese literature history research in the world back and in the crevice era, contemporary thoughts, frame of the academic criticism and so on.
