Globalization will bring about great changes in
political development in China. The relations of interdependence and interaction
among each state are strengthening. As a result, the traditional state sovereignty is limited so as to show concretely as follows: the working of global economic organization is based on making a concession and transplanting in state sovereignty of participating states; the information resource of the public is becoming increasingly widespread and pluralistic; the functions of the
international organizations and international conventions are enlarging; the structure of state power is changing. Globalization raises more demands for the ability of government in China, and brings about double influence upon the development in political culture. At the same time, the social structure is transforming so that the condition is becoming even more complicated. In the process of pushing
political development in China, we should possess the global consciousness and world foresight, and should carry it out on state strategy, including strategy in political development.
