The materials in this paper are based on the book the Collection of Comparing the Universal Words in Zhuang Language with
Vocabulary from the Representative Dialect Spots,which aimed at creating a common language for Zhuang minority.The so called universal vocabulary means the widely accepted words in two big dialect regions,the north and the south.This paper chose the universal words not the
pronunciations of twelve dialect spots as the objectives discussed in order to have a focus discussion,and could collate the different pronunciations of twelve dialect spots when necessary.According to our preliminary research,we found that a great part of
animal nouns in the universal vocabulary of Zhuang language related their pronunciations with their acceptations,except some nouns formed by mimicking the sounds of animals.Meanwhile other animal nouns showing the thinking pattern of association or attaching got their names by the animals' outer shape or inner temper.Especially when facing preponderant language,Zhuang minority revealed their leisured dealing with astuteness in the process of borrowing from earlier Chinese glossary and switching on them.
