When experts of the West Xia, in the 12th century, translating Chinese and Buddhist scriptures in Tibetan into the West Xia
characters recognized divination by astrology and they learned it by mastery and finally developed a concept of worship to it that popular among the mass in the time. Expert from the Soviet Union, the former calling of Russia, Алekcahлphas given a detailed description about the whole process of the ceremonies of all kinds of divination by astrology and ceremonies of Altar affairs in the West Xia Country by studying carefully about sutras of "The Great Peacock Sutra of Zhongzhouwangying ", "The Code of the Nine Luminary Yao to Buddha and Ancestors", "The Code of Buddhist Affairs to Buddha and Ancestors in Sacred Xingmu", "Sutra of Tathagata Tuoluonita of Jinlunfuodingdaweidechishengguang" and "Stars Shining on Altars" and other references, and finally made a conclusion that worship to divination by astrology in the West Xia has characteristics embodied with those of the Indian, the Tibetan and the Chinese Buddhist divination features but more preferable to Chinese characterized divination, and is clearly kept interpretations of the Mi Religion and Chinese features.
