Engineering works cannot be done without man
management or materials management.
When you have an office, factory,
machineries like furnace/injection moulding machines etc. you need to have some basic
management ideas for the success of your
business.
Hence, to conclude I can say with authority that the success of your business depends on your skills rather than any book knowledge. Book knowledge may give some data by which you can learn the theory part of it but practically speaking you have to do practically and gain experience through practical approach.
But do you know what is management?
Management is nothing but common sense. Without common sense no management could be done.
Also, management means, a man who manages his business is management.
Knowingly or unknowingly we manage our house. When we pay for so many items vegetables we bargain and pay for groceries, clothes we buy we bargain, we buy furniture we bargain and buy. We don''t call these things management but we manage.
