Education is
important in the
preparation for leadership because education serves as one of the
best way to built the " better us". Through
education, we can learn on how to understand other people, through education we can know our waeknesses, strenghts and develop them through wide learnings. We study certain topics that we will absolutely encounter when the right time comes for us to to become leaders. By being educated, we can more knowledge, better thoughts and wide understanding about our chosen feild and about our people. Their demands, their expectations and even their impressions with regards to their leaders, politicians rather. "Education molds our charcters" . It helps us to be more aware, more determine and more prepared person, a well-prepared person for a well-known job- "leader". Education contributes a lot of things to us and those things can serve as our weapon as we face the real challenge of being a good leader, things like experiences, failures, active participation and even the friendship that we have made between the people the surounds us both in school nad in our home. Always bear in mind that "experience is the best teacher".
