The research has included 293 schoolboys,148 boys and 145 girls,16-18 age old, on many colleges to Piatra Neamt,Romania Our principal objectives has been:
1. to identify the characteristic features of personality with an significant effect over school general means, for general subjects population and for persons with two biological genres;
2. to establish the mode that the personality traits, through our interactions, through the interactions with
creativity and with social environments factors influence the school performance for the three subjects categorical;
3. to delimit the role of creativity, as specific aptitude, into the necessaries approaches for touch of school success, for the three subjects categories.
For touch the objectives and verify the 9 research
hypothesis,I has apply the 16 P.F. test, a motivation projective Romanian test-M.R., three adjusts Torrance creativity tests and a questionnaire with 16 items for valuate the major factors of social environment of schoolboy. Through statistic analysis of dates had been touch every objective of research and they has clear many uncertainness aspects of mode that the personality traits,the principal factors of motivation, the factors of creativity and the relations between these influence the general school median.
It has been confirm 5 research hypothesis , 3 has been partial confirm and one had been not confirm.
To stand out 8 significant correlations between school performance, valuate through general mean, with the personality traits correlations with principal motives and 4 too, with 4 principals factors of creativity: fluency, flexibility, originality and global creativity.
The values off correlations coefficients with the intelligence and the factors of creativity has been great (r > 0,37 , p< 0,0001 ), for O ( neurotics symptoms ) has been great too ( r= -0,22, p<0,0001 ), but for the others factors has been small ( r< 0,20 ).
Equationsof regression has indicated as significants predictors for school success only intelligencee ( B 16 P.F. factor ), sensibility on affective point of view ( I ),superego force ( G ), absence of neurotics symptoms ( N ) and ergic tension ( Q4 ).
