Decision Making Decision making is an attribute that plays an important role in life of every human being. Every action taken by a person has a deep background of a process in decision making. It is the decisions of a person that shows how strong he or she is. But one may not always find enough time to brood and observe all aspects of a situation to make a proper decision for it. Sometimes one has to take actions instantly that may result in upgrading someone’s life or devastating it, for we might not be able to utilize all of our resources. We even don’t get enough time to analyze the right and wrong and the proper and improper part. Hence, instantly, one just gets an overall view and imagines the results at certain action. Before going into depth let’s look at a study made by psychiatrist… According to Swiss psychologist Jean Piaget in his books “The Moral Judgement of the Child” 1932, reveals that children starts reasoning in an environment that is characterized by strict rules and obediance to authority hence a child donot follow others perception but make his own wishes imposed on others. This leads him to objective  responsibility therefore children think more of outcomes of  illegal actions then elders. Moral realism is another factor that builts immanent justice in child because of which he/she fears more of punishment. Besides that the social environment of a child also effects its moral approach. Because the power is handed-over from top to bottom hence children adopt what is given to them easily. Exepriancing the happenings of adults makes him decide whats right and whats wrong. If a child remains in a corrupt atmosphere or company, he might not lead his approach to bound himself from wrong. Instead he gets experiance and techniques from his elders to establish the same environment. Besides if a child get very good environement that is well deciplined, he or she accepts it in the same way. Decision-making in children is also effected by the type of education that child gets. Most of the times education effects childs psychology heavily in positive aspect but it could be vise versa if there the child donot get equal status, position or appriciation even after a hard effort. When the child learns difference between morality and conventions, questions starts rising in his mind. He or she view everything critically in the light of values of morality or conventions. If he or she finds the structure running effectively according to these values, he or she accepts and keeps these vales as standard. But if finds contrary situation, their psychology get infected badly. They after a great struggle then prints image of malpractice in their minds and starts following them. Hence the autonomous decision-making can be studied in the light of studies made by Dr. Jean Piaget. However, in order to understand all that is mentioned above regarding a person is a difficult job but usual activities of that person may reveal his perception, ideas and approach to others. Autonomous decision-making can also be observed from the abilities of the person. Infact the conclusion is that autonomous decision-making depends upon the individual’s approach. It is the social bandages that effect a person’s decision making to most percentage.             Hence the most important thing to be kept in mind for changing society is to give great attention to children’s environment, development, treatment and brought up. Because these children then at their ripened age runs a society. The origin is to be strengthening properly for success society that is infant’s very well training.
