After an research that has been realised in 2000 over the schoolboys to Bucharest, 16-18 year old, boys and girls has been result a series interestings dates about the
personality structure and the relation between personality traits and the factors of creativity.
I have apllied the 16 P.F. test, 4 creativity Torrance tests and other unstandardized research methods. The creativity factors mesured was the verbal fluency, the verbal flexibility, the verbal originality and the capacity of the subject to draw up.
It has result, after statistico-mathematical analise of dates, that the folowing personality traits have more accentuate at a significant percentaje ( 11% - 57%) between subjects:
-emotional stability reduced;
-antisocial tendencies;
-posttraumatic stress symptoms;
-excessive materialism;
-conservative tendances ( lows scores at Q1 16 P.F. factor ).
This results, I think that demonstrate the effect of social rejects of young peoples and some characteristics features of the personality in teenage.
The excessive materialism may be a reaction of the great dissatisfactions of teenages determined from an world that don''t agree the dreams and the selflessness.
It has shaped 4 personality specifics profiles for the subjects: the personality powerful structurated ( great scores at C 16 P.F.factor and significant correlations
coefficients of C with minimum 4 other traits of personality - r > 0,30 ), the dominant personality ( great scores at E 16 P.F. factor and significant correlations coefficients of E with minimum 4 other traits ), the audacious personality ( great scores at H 16 P.F.factor and significant correlations coefficients of H with minimum 4 other traits ) and the personality orientate to values ( great scores at G 16 P.F. factor and significant correlations coefficients of G with minimum 4 other traits ).
The factors is defined as: C - emotional unstable / stable, E - submissive / dominant, H - timid / audacious, G - superego force low / high.
The principals factors that influence the creativity ( r > 0,30 - 0,40 for correlations coefficients of the one trait of personality with minimum 2 factors of creativity) at tested schoolboys is the 2 cognitivs factors - inteligence ( B ) and imaginative spirit ( M ), but, as well 2 uncognitivs factors - the sensibility on afective point of vue ( I ) and the independence ( Q2 ).
