To 1998-1999, I has realised a research as regards the influence of the factors of personality over the creativity of the secondary schools graduates from Bucharest, boys and girls, 18-30 years old. I has applied, between the using samples, the 16 P.F. test of R.B. Cattell.
The results that has been obtained has shaped a hypothesis as regards the form mode, the characteristic of the structure and the evolution of the creative personality at subjects. Coresponding to this, because of the change of the nature of personality ( G.W. Allport ), once with to come near adult age ( 30 year and more ) it produces importants transformations at level the relations between personality traits and the factors of creativity subjects.
The statistic-mathematic analysis of dates that they has obtained has demonstrated that, in the teenage, the motivation for differents creatives behaviors had a unconscious nature.
The uncounscious unsolveds conflicts are, frequently, sublimed through these behaviours ( the psycho-analytic conception ).
Once to come near subjects from 30 years old, it produce the nature''s change of the personality and the motivation from every behaviour, inclusively from the creatives behaviors; the reasons grown functional autonomous ( Allport ). The creatives manifestations will be not dependents, to the uncounscious motivation. They will be not dependent, neither, from the many specific personality behavioral traits, that influenced it in the teenage( as the 16 P.F. factor - submissive / dominant ).
