The main reasons many people who are interested in quitting smoking can''t seem to do it even if they have read and digested a quit smoking book is because the benefits are not quite real just as the dangers are too farfetched to make any jolting impact on their psyche so, they continue to smoke away 16 years of their appointed time on earth.

But What Happens 30 Minutes After You Stub out A Stick of Cigarette?

Every 30 minutes after you inhale your last nicotine laden tobacco smoke, you blood pressure tumbles down from the top of world Trade Center it climbs to hide from the poisoned smoke you harass it with.

It falls so smart it does not break limbs, even though it does take another 30 minutes to get its breath back to normal and hoping you don''t sooner than later bring on the dreaded smoke.

And If You Lay Off Smoke For 10 Hours?

You blood jubilates as it breaths more oxygen than carbon monoxide, a god damned toxic gas that suffocates your blood each time you inhale it.

But then abruptly, the jubilation gets snowed under with ardent prayer to make you change your mind and quit poisoning it with hell''s smoke so that the toxic gas levels you contaminate your blood with will continue to drop.

And If You Stay Off Smoking for Just 48 Hours?

Ah, you are elevated above the step one of a heart attack prone candidate, because most of the nicotine in your system would have gone out in search of fellowship where there is tobacco smoke in the works, and your taste balls and nostril will regain their senses, prayerful that you don''t get back to romancing with smoke anymore to their detriment.

If you quit smoking the very first things you enjoy is better taste and smell of the aroma of food and life instead of the death smell of cigarette smoke. No smoker ever realizes how deadly they smell until they quit smoking.

What Will Staying Off Smoking For 72 Hours Do In Your Body?

Oh, how I wish your bronchial tubes could tell you how it feels to relax without the trouble of contending with devious cigarettes. And for such a long length of none disturbance with smoke they reward you with increased strength.

What Happens Then If You Lay Off Smoke For Just Two Weeks?

Your blood will acquire better streaming and so travel faster than when laden with carbon monoxide. Your health will be lifted from the doldrums of tired yawns and loss of appetite. The best is you will begin to regain your self confidence, which you may not know were steadily slipping through your cigarette fingers.

If You Don''t Smoke For Between Three To Nine Months?

Smoke companions, such as Coughs, shortness of breath and wheezing, that accompanied smoke into your system will miss their friend and so begin to leave one after the other giving room to your lungs to function properly supplying better quality oxygen to your brain and general body tissues. You will begin to reclaim the life cigarette smoke was steadily stealing from you; 16 years life is what it usually aims to take from smokers. Did you not know you can save a whooping 16 years of your life if you quite smoking?
