If you studied at any other university but not at a Romanian one you can findyourself in a very bad situation. You have to
undergo a long administrative procedure, and spend about one thousand Euros in orderfr your university or college deploma to be accredited, recognized. In Romanian educational system the leaders do always come up with brandnew ideas so as to make your life more miserable. This badtreatment may derive from the serious inferiority complex of the Romanians. If you graduatedat Oxford and you want to teach in Romania English, first you have to undergo a thorough examination whetther your diploma is good enough to teach. The Minstry of Romanian Education may ask you to attend one more year at one ofthe Romanians universities so as to be qualified enough. Is it not ridiculous ?
