Since the technolog of using the waste becomes more important, than spending millions of dollars in research anddevelopment. talents are availabel in every nook and corner, we need not search in the isntitutes. talents, can be tapped if anf if means of tapping , and recognition is given. It could be possibel by an cooperative effort, and united effort. citing an example of waste
utilisation, we have sun shine,, in abundance, but what is the means of harnessing, should we not explore the roots to which it can be supported. with should we really need a technology, why not build using the layman talents.please forward your views.
