"Relations between
characteristics features of the personality and school success"-unpublished doctoral thesis - part three
After the research that we have achieved it had resulted the dates that I think it the most interesting.
The results have demonstrated that the interactions mode of personality factors with motives and with the situational factors for the improvement of school performance is determined at some
characteristics accommodations. The structure of the accommodations has been estimated through the analysis of variance ANOVA.
In the case of the subjects from masculine genre, we have see the existence of the principal effect for the
intelligence – B 16 P.F. factor ( F=15,62, p<0,0001 ) and for the verbal originality ( F=19,99, p<0,0001 ) as well as an interaction effect between the two factors ( F=4,04, p<0,047 ) over school success.
After the contrast analysis on the basis of The T – Student Test, for independent samples, it result that:
-in the cases of boys of low intelligence, we see the existence of a significant
difference between the school success to the original and the little original
subjects, in the sense that the original persons have the high performances through
the persons with a little verbal originality;
-in the cases of boys with high intelligence it stand out a significant difference in the
same sense.
We consider that this results have demonstrated the importance of the verbal creative behavior and the necessity to stimulate of schoolboys creativity, especially at the boys for to obtain the school success.
In the case of all research subjects, we have see the existence an interaction effect between factor the superego force – G factor and the motivational factor of the self achievement ( F=6,906, p<0,009 ) over the school performance, although the two factors have not the principal effects.
After the contrast analysis, found at The T – Student Test, for independent samples, it result that the subjects with a high force of superego the persons with high self achievement obtain the school performances superior in comparison with the persons with the low self achievement.
We consider that this result demonstrate the importance the selective function of intrinsic motivation for to obtain the school success.
