In this world, for an illiterates it is quite tough to understand a language which has never been used by them. However, to understand music no skills are required. It is enjoyable. Music is a recognition of cultures. Say, Chinese traditional music is said to be unusual and enjoyable. These days millions of people frequently listen to music for relaxation and entertainment. It's like a food for soul. And it plays a prominent role in everyone's life.
Music is a fantastic tool for communicating information. When a young and beautiful woman falls in love with a handsome man, a small work of music played by flute or guitar touches her heart and expresses a lot rather than thousands of sweet words. In addition, music is a sort of tool which encourages others feelings. As in World War II, Chinese military was encouraged by a music while fighting against their enemies. Later that music became their national song.
Traditional music is from one's homeland and it is necessary for every country, and for the people who live in. If our love towards traditional music outnumbers, this shows that we give reverence to our nation. Furthermore, in India many people play their traditional music
like tabla, guitar, dholak and listen ghazals particularly in festivals, weddings and other functions too. Besides, millions love carnatic music, a classical music of south India. The major cause for liking this music is, firstly of its effectiveness with which positive mental discipline is built. In addition to this, it also helps us to organize our thoughts and ease negative thinking.
Every country has their own traditional music, which is one of the differences among countries. Traditional music are supposed to be maintained without negligency. Although, international music has spread widely among millions of people due to its rhythms, themes and tunes. International music has its great effect on youth as they are easily attracted towards its unstable tones, which varies usually. Likewise, piano, jazz, flute and violin are some kinds of international music, especially played in pubs, discos, and parties.
In my opinion, traditional music should not be eliminated extensively from any culture as with its usage, a country is known everywhere in the universe.
