towards life.If some someone can spend 15minutes for pranayam daily,he become diseaseless.Many critical dieases can be cured with help of pranayam like heart related problems,high and low blood pressure,asthma,pshycological problem,gastric related problem.
 What is pranayam?
It is a technique by which we balanced our prana shakti or life energy.
Types of pranayam
1.Bhastrika
This pranayam protect us from many breathing related problems.
 2.kapaal bhati. This protect us from abdomen related problems,diabetes and also from obesity.
3Anuloom viloom.this pranayam helps to reduce high blood pressure.
