breathing.The best time for practising this is before bed time and at dawn.
method:-
First sit straight in a comfortable manner.please accept everything which is going on arround you.so that no resistance create in your mind.
Now loose your body and close your eyes gently.Now concentrate on your nostril,observe how the air touches your nostril during inhale and exhale.
Do this for 10 mins.
After 15days follow the path of breathing i.e go inside with inhale and come outside with exhale.Do it for 20 mins.
After 3 month you found yourself a changed person.
