difference in any society. The United States of America is no exception. These issues relate to gender and race, sexual orientation, ethnicity and
social class. Research and publications have documented evidence of injustices and sufferings of humanity over time. Human beings are part of the problem so long as they live in this world. They can also be part of the solution because they have the
potential to do so. This study provides a conceptual and theoretical framework on one hand and experience of every day on the other. It provides an insight into how we as individuals can identify the sources of trouble as we see it and the potential to create a difference. The need for clarity is provided for in the way it is clear, and compelling. The idea is to change how people think about the issues of difference and
privilege. These
differences are drawn from those that are pervasive, and affect the greatest number of people, and do most harm. Class differences affect people''s lives in immense proportions, but class is different from gender and race, sexual orientation and ethnicity. People have the potential to change their class position, but the other forms of differences are almost impossible to change because they are associated with the body itself. From birth people are categorized entirely ion their physical attributes and appearances. Class differences, as an output of the capitalist economic system, affects people differently. The historical roots of modern racism,, for example , are primarily economic, and while racism is a problem that that involves all white people, how it plays out in white peoples'' lives varies depending on their social class. The social
advantage of being white will tend to be more significant for lower- and working-class whites than it will for whites in the middle and upper classes.
