ABSTRACT
THE INCREASING OF SOCIAL INTERACTION
BETWEEN RICH AND POOR SOCIETY
( Study of Taklim Silaturahmi Ceremony in District of Segalamider,
Tanjung Karang Barat Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung)
District of Segalamider have pattern of
interaction and relation of immeasurable social. There found by existences difference of social interaction between rich and poor society. This matter can be see from do not each other recognize usher society residing in region which do not be wide so, because of group of society which is one having ascription there is incompatible for have interaction with member of other group.
This research aims to explain the factors that cause the happening of the difference of social interaction between rich and pour society, any kind of efforts that are done by Taklim Silaturahmi Ceremony (TSC) in minimalize the difference of social interaction between rich and poor society, and also any kind of resistances that are faced by TSC in its role to involve itself in
increasing the social interaction between rich and poor society in TSC community of Segalamider District, Subdistrict of Tanjung Karang Barat, Bandar Lampung.
This research done by using case study mrthod that is executed in Segalamider District especially in TSC society by recruiting four people as informan. The data is collected by using detail interview technique and bibliography study. After data collected, the analysis of data qualitative is done through reduce data phase, data presentation, and verification.
The result of research that is checked from four informans, that are KH, AI, AR, and BS informan is gotten the information that the low of social interaction between rich and poor is caused by religion factor, social factor, cultural factor, economic factor, and the communication factor. Because of the factors, so the interpretation meaning and the behaviour tend to digress or interfere in which cause the conflict between group society later.
In increasing the social interaction, TSC does any kind of effort, namely (1) icreasing the religion knowledge of society and eliminate the opinion that cause the difference, (2) creating the situation that can trigger to acomodation process (the solve of the problem), and (3) creating new social interaction pattern, that is, socialize to start to accustom to finish all business and or problem by deliberation which during the time very rare once they do, example there is two people quarreling because of misunderstanding, solving of than conflict that happened by deliberation.
Thereby, they are expected will be created a better situation in society environment, that is in the beginning is oposition that can be end with cooperation. Form of resistances that are faced by TSC in increasing the social interaction are (1) Respon of the people to the performed activity, (2) The influence of fund to the activity, (3) The influence of education management level and the member of TSC to increase the social interaction, and (4) The minimum of material about ukhuwah Islamiyah and the limitation of time from TSC management.
