Better Living--When stuck in a traffic jam

Article Summary by: varghese

Original Author: Prof.P.A.Varghese
It is when you go in hurry to the office or to an urgent appointment that you notice you cannot move an inch forward. There
is a huge traffic jam. You cannot go forward or turn back; you are stuck and your tension simply builds up.   There is no other ay; you have to stay where you are until the whole thing clears up.  There is no use cursing yourself or anything else. It can only harm your body and mind.   But accepting it as inevitable, you can reframe and relax yourself. Simply observe how others behave and express their frustration or simply see the passers by and observe their mannerisms. Of course you can turn on to your favorite music station or hear your best song from your CD. You can read a book or choose to hear a self improvement cassette. You may sit and make castles in the air or dream about your goals or simply spend some time with the romantic person you have met the other day.    There is always the alluring nature and its wonders. See how the gilded clouds swim by, or watch the tree tops swinging in the wind, or feel the balmy breeze brushing past you.   The problem will be resolved faster and you would be on your wheels refreshed.
