Who succeeds in life?

Article Summary by: varghese

Original Author: Prof.P.A.Varghese

Are the first rank holders the ones who succeed in life?
Need not be. Those who have come
up in life are generally those who got average marks. The rank holders may have obtained a position where marks was a selection criterion. But they may have not succeeded in their lives.
Those who succeed are those who are able to take appropriate  decisions and face adverse situations  calmly and those who develop mature relationships with others. Cultivating relatedness is an important criteria for success.
You should have adequate self confidence and self esteem. One’s home should have had to be peaceful, happy and understanding. It is immaterial whether you were born poor or rich. But did  your parents love and accept you and did they love each other? If not you would be probably a victim of insecurity and of low self esteem. These will stand in the way of success.
A child’s personality develops at home. Quarreling parents crate insecurity and low self esteem.
The success or failure is not decided by rank but by your home and early childhood environment.
