In Romania one can teach in a secondary school without any qualifications, but is not allowed to teach with a B.A.
relevant qualification, because according to a Romanian law it is forbidden to teach with B.A. qualification. Yopu can only teach in Secondary school if you are a totally unqualifid person, or you have a Master's degree. When I posed this big question to one of the highly officials they told me, it is the law. But this is only one of thousands illogical laws passed by the Romanian representatives which unfortunately make the inhabitants of Romania become cheaters, criminals. Everyday people are always cleverer than the government regards them to be.
