Implementation of 6th Pay Commission was a dream for almost all central gov't
employees. It has been approved by the Cabinet
on 14th August 2008 and a detailed gazette notification also has been issued. But now also almost all employees are not satisfied it and even there is no a clear picture about their salaries and allowances. Why this situation happened?
This time pay commission report has be approved after modifications of certain recommendations and certain
departments and it has a positive approach also. But there are some dislikes and disappointments. It is a normal situation. Even some for some autonomous body has seperate committee and commission to revisit the notifications.
If there is a disapproval among all,what would we think about it. Is it related with the pay scales,newly introduced grade pays, allowances or incentives. Any way hope that everything will be settled and all will be satisfied.
This may be the comparison with MNC's or with various departments. Each and every departments has there own problems and difficulties. All are working and each job has its own difficulties and problems. I mean all are working according to their abilities and should get remuneration, which is enough to meet their both ends.
