HOW TO BUILD THE BRAND YOU
Simply how to build the brand you refers to building your
own
personality
and you as a brand which would be recognized as a key figure in your society.
In order to build and develop yourself as a brand you have to consider three key factors.
1. Identify who you are.
2. Do what you like.
3. Believe in yourself.
Basically to identify who you are you have to follow the process called SWOT Analysis
which is STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, OPPORTUNITIES AND THREATS.
STRENGTHS are the talents capability and your skills.WEAKNESSES art your fears and what you lack. OPPORTUNITIES are available occasions where you can do your best. THREATS are your competitors or the other
personnel
brands of the society.
Once you carried out the analysis about the above four factors you have to have a game plan to improve and rebuild your personality, and then you are ready to be marketed. That is now you go in to action and build up you as a key personnel brand in the society.
Although you have developed yourself as a brand you should be updated within time. As they say you have to follow the TRIPLE L TACTIC which is life long learning, literally you learn new things even in each and every second during your lifetime.
Today we see there are a lot of famous people in our society, so they are the people who had built up themselves as brands; to be such a brand in our society continuously we have to develop and control the original set of values of our brand.
Brand Extent- Development and improvement of yourself time to time.
Brand Magnitude-The supremacy you have in terms of esteem.
Brand Affinity-Allegiance, Admiration and social respect towards yourself.
Brand Sensitivity- Level of feelings and emotions evoked by you.
So that to build up the brand in you could be simply defined through the Brand Egg Concept.
Finally, Brand has a Quality and a value added service, thus today we live in a world which value the brands therefore to be a brand you have to rebuild your image through the above steps while being a different and being the unique you because then only you would be able to gain respect as personnel brand.
