Is you’re bra a cancer-causing agent? According to Sydney Ross Singer and Soma Grismaijer, the Directors of the Institute
for the Study of
Culturogenic Disease, the answer is yes.
Studying 4,730 women, they concluded women who wear their bras for 12 hours or more a day are 21 times more likely to develop breast cancer, than women wearing their bras’ less. While women wearing bras constantly; including overnight, are found to be 125 times more likely to develop breast cancer than women who never wear one.
Are medical professionals ignoring valuable information in the prevention of breast cancer? Are they milking money from the public? Are you being conned to the expense of your health, as well as your pocket, every time you buy a bra?
Tight clothing can interfere with circulation and alter body physiology. Corsets and girdles cause disease, the brassiere is evolved from the corset — They are a corset for your
breasts! They compress and constrict. Damaging the breasts — Wearing one causes toxins: carcinogens found in polluted air, water and food — to accumulate in the breasts
All of our tissues drain through the lymphatics: the circulatory pathway of the immune system and lymphatic circulation in many tissues; especially the primary lymphatics, is highly dependent on movement.
Consider that Women evolved with their breasts moving. That every step, when walking or running etc… Every bounce, gently massaged the breast increasing lymphatic flow; cleansing the breast of toxins and waste.
Wearing a bra, especially one with underwires, or to bed, restricts that movement, preventing normal lymphatic flow. This can cause anoxia — lower than normal oxygen which has been related to fibrosis — which is linked to and increased cancer risk!
Will you’re breasts droop if you stop wearing bras? Certainly not the artificial support of a bra means the body loses its ability to support the breasts itself. Bras cause droopy, weak breasts! And the reason many women feel uncomfortable without one on.
There is a remarkable success rate for recovery from fibrocystic breast disease within 10 days to two weeks of going bra-free. Many women have tried going bra-less and recorded a miraculous improvement in their health!
“…Clearly, we must all accept the responsibility to care for our own health if we wish to avoid culturogenic diseases. We must discard damaging cultural attitudes and behaviors. We must learn lifestyles that enhance our health and allow our bodies to operate as Nature intended…”

Need more proof that ditching you’re bra is one of the easiest smart moves you can make if your life and your breasts are of value to you?
Consider how long the tobacco industry maintained its product didn’t cause cancer, that cigarettes were once thought safe enough for doctors to prescribe to children.
