An Interpretive Expression of Artist Edward Munch"s Painting "The Scream"

Article Summary   by:trvlwriter     Original Author: Brandy Rose
ª

Sky of fire bleeding orange and red Fear suffocating, images in my head Waves crash without a sound, the color of blue Too close to the flame, too far from you Silently the world does turn Feet frozen in cement Feeling nothing, the sky''s flames no longer burn To this night rider''s lament Rain falls silken, from the sky as Angels cry blood for you and I Muffled screams escape with no sound Am I forever to be Earthbound? Shadow''s fading behind me Death and decay is all I see Bitter images from broken dreams Fill the void once occupied by screams Screams of pain, unheard in life Shred memories like a knife Weary and tired of this life alone God of darkness take me home
