Let''s take 2 real-life situations.
1. If you are a person who enjoys learning by tables and diagrams: you will not be dissapointed!
2. If you lack ideas about improving your PR activities: you may have found the right book!
If you are neither 1 or 2, then you must be 3: undecisive reader, reading my abstract out of bordom, curiosity or who knows what...It takes several books on communication to figure you (my reader) out!
Meanwhile, I am so sorry for you to say, I more interested in applying some advice from this book on my own benefit and simply practice PR! For fame and money, of course!
