communication is vital in all areas of people's lives. It can be use to persuade, to inform, to influence relationships, to share, discover and uncover information."
Therefore in every daily human activity communication skills must be given importance because it becomes useful in school, work, and even at home. A person with good communication skills can persuade the employer or boss during the presentation of any plan to be made in the company. He can impress and persuade the interviewer in any interviews that he will be participating. He can easily deliver his report or presentation during the class discussion in the classroom. Most of all a good
communicator can informs other people by sharing his knowledge.
Communication can also affect the relationship between friends, family, lovers and other people as well. A person with good communication skills can really create a harmonious relationship among other groups and other people.
One wrong word uttered can break a relationship. A good communicator will not allow any offensive words. Tactfulness is very necessary in communicating with others because being a tactless one can destroy the peaceful existing relationships.
Communication skills also include the listening skills. A person must know to listen well and understand what is heard. A communication skill does not only involved oral communication. Because speaking and listening must go together in order to be a good communicator
Through communication a person can discover other's wants, needs, problems, grievances and anger.
It has been said that in order to maintain a good relationship with others and in order to work well with other people, a person must know how to speak in tactful way and he must know how to listen well and understand the words that are transmitted. That is why it is really important to have good communication skills because it is needed in our day to day lives.
