The present
job intends to
accomplish a parallel among Guy Debord''s work “The
Society of the
Spectacle” and the
magazine “Sou+Eu”, published by Editora Abril. The focus is the current social scenery: a society dominated by the illusion of the appearances, in the era of the “I am seen”. A glance that, at the same time that conceited and exalts, punishes the beings-images no framed in the logic of the spectacle. So, the reality loses its role for the visibility, in other

researches in the website of the magazine “Sou+Eu” and bibliographical researches that orientated the critical positioning of this object.
