John Richard, formulating about success, he said that, “If you want to succeed, you should do eight secrets without acception”. Based on his seven years research with more than 500 participants, he found the ways to be successful. The eight ways are passion, work, practice, focus, push, service, idea and persistence.
The first is passion. You should have a strong feeling about what you want to get. A strong feeling or obsession is your spirit to go faster to get your goal. Without the obsession, it seems like a car without fuel, you are extremely hopeful, but you never catch it. You will be driven by your passion.

The next step, an idea is the result of a thousand thinking processes. The way of achieving new things is to listen, observe, be curious, solve problems and make connection.
The last one is persistence. “Never give up” is the last step to get what you want.
