The
Airport Operation Center(AOC) unit is the “
invinsible Hand” unit of Soekarno-Hatta
Airport Operation. Although
this unit is
invinsible from the public it plays a
very important role in airport operation, because this unit is central in the
airport activities, namely in controlling the traffic control in both the
airside and landslide of Soekarno-Hatta airport operation. After twenty
years(1985 -2005) that role is still and remains important, but it needs a lot
of improvements, especially for its flight
information system.
