The point of this book? Capitalism is what Jesus taught us. Hill doesn''t say so out-loud; but, Capitalism being the Way, the Truth and the Light, I would feel like a heretic if I didn''t make the
connection out-loud.
It''s Capitalism that earns your living. That''s only "work" until you''re smart enough to
induce others to
work for you. (Think of Moses and Aaron.)
And you induce others to work for you by making your
goals their goals (whether that means
changing you or changing them) when you let them in on your experience-knowledge and convince them to get in on yours!
The writing is
slightly dated (1937), so there are a few discrepencies--"higher mind-states" are actually
lower frequencies, the whole ''sexual revolution''
may have slightly shifted the connection between sex and success, and "radio"
isn''t quite the ''wave of the future'' anymore--but the general wisdom of "the gold in men''s minds" is still generally intact.
