Children do not think about the future. They do not know that their choices have many consequences. Sometimes, parents are not aware of, what will be profitable for children. When I was in primary school, I also did not feel responsible for my future. Nowadays, I know that my education was not perfect.
In primary school, I did not like Math and I was not able to change this situation. It was not good, because people, who like sciences, have many possibilities to choose a university. Additionally, there are more people, who want to go for humanistic studies. This fact contributes to enormous competition and problems with a job. Moreover, in my opinion, it is necessary that children should know few languages. I could learn for example Spanish or French. Now, I do not have time and possibilities. It is not easy to start something new. This situation depends on extra curricular activities. In addition, it is profitable, when someone can speak in many languages. Employers are looking for people with good qualifications. When someone write about his knowledge in job application, it will be helpful for him.
In my opinion, it is advantageous, when children and parents care about future. However, it is difficult to foresee, what abilities will be profitable in the future.Children do not think about the future.
