Being part of countries all over the world doesn't lead Indonesia to the better system, especially on education system. this country still focuses on daily problem, such as food, house, and clothing. In contrast, others country have left such problem and it all is competing to take over the world through the development new technology.
This condition seems to be worse because this country doesn't give much attention on education. On the other hand, it is obviously the right and faster way to get out of the condition. The 20 % education budget do not fulfill the gap between cities and villages. In fact, education run well in cities or town meanwhile it doesn't happen in villages. Lack of facilities, inadequate teacher, and limit of school building are the common problem facing by villagers in getting a good education.
Since the budget of education has been agreed by government, there is no any reason about the funding. Either cities or villages must get the funding without any exception. So, the question why this gap is still going on. When the students in the cities are busy to browse, search, or even access facebook freely, the ones in the villages are sharing some books to each other because the books are limited. Beside the full facilities, the students in cities are also spoiled by qualified teachers. Otherwise, the teachers in the villages must handle more than two subjects that it is possibly not on their capacity.
The increasing on education quality will be impossible to reached if this country only focuses on cities. There will be imbalance condition and it can be a wide place for conflict. Then, the condition will be worse. It is certain that we can not improve our education system in a short time, but it is also not impossible to start it right now.
